Role Description/Criteria

About the role

This role plays an important part in supporting academic excellence across the College through the coordination of curriculum systems, assessment processes and faculty administration.

Working closely with Learning and Teaching leaders, responsibilities include:

  • Managing and auditing assessment tasks and academic records within Compass
  • Supporting curriculum documentation and compliance processes
  • Coordinating academic events and faculty administration
  • Monitoring reporting timelines and data accuracy
  • Assisting with curriculum archiving and resource preparation
  • Supporting continuous improvement in academic systems and processes

About You

You will bring:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Experience with Compass, Synergetic or similar systems
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • A collaborative and solutions-focused approach
