Role Description/Criteria

About the role

As the first point of contact for many prospective families, the Enrolment Officer plays a key role in guiding families through the enrolment journey and promoting the College as a welcoming and thriving learning community.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing enrolment enquiries, applications and offers
  • Coordinating tours, interviews and orientation activities
  • Maintaining accurate enrolment records and data
  • Supporting scholarship and bursary administration
  • Building relationships with prospective families and feeder schools
  • Assisting with Open Days and community events

About You

You will demonstrate:

  • Experience in enrolments, admissions or customer engagement
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong administrative capability and attention to detail
  • Experience using databases, CRM or student management systems (ideally Enrol HQ)
  • A warm, professional and highly organised approach
