Role Description/Criteria

About the role

The HR and Compliance Assistant provides specialised administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, compliance and risk management.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Preparing employment documentation and interview materials
  • Coordinating mandatory compliance training registers
  • Supporting policy review and audit processes
  • Maintaining HR databases and systems
  • Assisting with OHS and emergency management administration

About You

You will bring:

  • Experience in HR administration and compliance
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Experience with HRIS and compliance systems
  • A collaborative and proactive approach
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience in enrolments, admissions or customer engagement
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong administrative capability and attention to detail
  • Experience using databases, CRM or student management systems 
  • A warm, professional and highly organised approach
