About the role
The HR and Compliance Assistant provides specialised administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, compliance and risk management.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
- Preparing employment documentation and interview materials
- Coordinating mandatory compliance training registers
- Supporting policy review and audit processes
- Maintaining HR databases and systems
- Assisting with OHS and emergency management administration
About You
You will bring:
- Experience in HR administration and compliance
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Experience with HRIS and compliance systems
- A collaborative and proactive approach
- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience in enrolments, admissions or customer engagement
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong administrative capability and attention to detail
- Experience using databases, CRM or student management systems
- A warm, professional and highly organised approach
