Siena College Invites applications for the following non-teaching position:

Senior First Aid & Reception Officer

Ongoing Position  |  Part Time  |  FTE 0.2 (Friday)

As the Senior First Aid & Reception Officer, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the College Health Centre, providing first aid care to students, maintaining confidential medical records and supporting the broader administrative functions of the College.

You will work closely with students, families, staff and the Risk & Compliance Officer to ensure the highest standards of student health, safety and wellbeing are maintained.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • First Aid & Student Health
  • Health Centre Administration
  • Administration & Reception Support

Essential Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum Level 3 First Aid Certificate and current CPR certification.
  • Current Victorian Working with Children Check.
  • National Police Record Check.
  • Experience in first aid and health administration.
  • Proficiency in administrative systems, databases and reporting tools.

Applicants should demonstrate excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a dynamic educational environment.
