The Opportunity

We are seeking an inspiring Head of Philanthropy to lead our philanthropic strategy and grow a high-performing program.

This is a pivotal role for an experienced fundraising professional who is passionate about creating meaningful social impact and understands the power of philanthropy to drive lasting change. The position is part time (0.8) ongoing located in Richmond. 

About You

You have a proven track record of successful fundraising campaigns, annual giving
programs, preferably in an Education setting. 
Previous experience has secured your ability to foster and maintain long-term
positive relationships with donors, alumni, parents, and community stakeholders.

You are known for your collaborative spirit and can work effectively with all stakeholders to meet fundraising goals.
