Role Description/Criteria

Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for the part time (0.8 FTE & 0.6FTE) fixed term position of Learning Support Officer to commence on 27 January 2027, concluding on 26 January 2028. This is a position under the Victorian Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2022.
The successful applicant will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children. They will possess the skills and abilities necessary to provide students with a rich and rewarding educational experience and will embrace a collegial, team based approach to learning and teaching.
The Learning Support Officer is responsible for working in partnership with the Learning Diversity Leader, classroom teachers and colleagues in supporting students within the classroom, specialist subject areas, in the playground if required and offsite when necessary.

- A passion for working with children and children with targeted support
- Strong Literacy and Numeracy skills.
