We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join our learning community. This is an exciting opportunity for an educator who is passionate about Science and committed to inspiring students to question, investigate and understand the world around them.

 

This is fixed term full time position for Terms 1 and 2 2027.

 

You will:

  • Deliver engaging Science learning experiences that inspire curiosity, inquiry and critical thinking.
  • Develop students’ scientific knowledge, practical skills and confidence through purposeful learning experiences.
  • Plan and deliver differentiated learning that supports students with a range of abilities, interests and learning needs.
  • Contribute collaboratively to curriculum development, assessment and the ongoing improvement of Science learning across the College.

 

We want to hear from you if you are an educator who has:

  • Appropriate teaching qualifications and current VIT registration, with relevant Science teaching experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Science and the ability to make complex concepts accessible, relevant and engaging for students.
  • A passion for inquiry-based learning and creating opportunities for students to investigate, experiment and think critically.
  • A collaborative and positive approach, with a commitment to Catholic education and the values of Compassion, Justice, Hope, Truth and Love.
