The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate educational leader to provide strategic, pastoral and academic leadership across our Senior School.

The position of Deputy of Senior School is an ongoing teaching role with a three year fixed-term leadership appointment commencing 27 January 2027.

About You

You have previous experience in strategic leadership and direction supported by a strong background in student wellbeing, pastoral care and safeguarding.

Previous experience leading Heads of House, Tutors and pastoral teams, will be highly desirable.

Above all, the successful candidate will be a visible, inspiring and student focused leader, committed to creating an environment in which every student can thrive.
