Role Description/Criteria

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated EA for this permanent, fulltime position with date to commence negotiable.  The Executive Assistant to the College Principal will require sound administration skills and attention to detail.  You will work closely with the Principal and Leadership Team in a highly collaborative and supportive environment.  The person in this position is required to perform a variety of tasks that will involve discretion, confidentiality and initiative. 

The successful applicant will have a commitment to Catholic Education and to the Mercy charism and the safety and wellbeing of children. 

Tasks and skills required include diary management, daily use of Word and Excel, mail merge, preparation of online newsletter, preparation and tracking of employment contracts etc.  The position includes seven weeks annual leave per year.
