Join our Languages Team at Salesian College Chadstone!
Salesian College Chadstone invites applications from passionate and dedicated Italian Teachers looking to make a positive impact on students' language learning.
We have an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified teacher to join our Languages Learning Area on a full-time, fixed-term basis for Term 1, 2027, teaching Italian to students in Years 7–9.
We are seeking an educator who brings enthusiasm, creativity and a genuine passion for the Italian language and culture. The successful candidate will inspire students to embrace language learning, develop their communication skills and build confidence in a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
What We are Looking For
We welcome applications from teachers who:
- Have appropriate qualifications and experience to teach Italian across Years 7–9.
- Hold current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration.
- Bring creativity and engaging teaching strategies to the classroom.
- Foster positive relationships with students, colleagues and families.
- Enjoy working collaboratively within a supportive teaching team.
- Are committed to student wellbeing, child safety and inclusive education.
- Embrace and support the Catholic and Salesian values of the College.
