Role Description/Criteria
Salesian College Chadstone is looking for an experienced ICT Technician & AV Specialist to join our team.
This is a varied, hands-on role combining ICT support with audiovisual technology and live event delivery.
Working within our ICT Team, you will support staff and students with everyday technology needs, maintain classroom ICT and AV systems, and assist with the technical delivery of College events, assemblies and ceremonies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing Level 1-2 ICT support and troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
- Supporting Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory and device management.
- Setting up, operating and maintaining audio, lighting, video and streaming equipment.
- Supporting live events and resolving technical issues as they arise.
- Assisting with ICT and AV installations, upgrades and ongoing maintenance.
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in ICT support and troubleshooting.
- Practical AV experience, ideally including live events.
- Strong technical problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a team.
- A commitment to child safety and the Catholic and Salesian values of the College.
Relevant IT qualifications and Microsoft certifications are desirable.
