Role Description/Criteria
Suitable applicants should address the following criteria as part of the application:
- evidence of Instructional Leadership which demonstrates an ability to build expert teacher practice
- evidence of relevant and recent leadership experience
- evidence of experience engaging in school improvement practices
- support for the Catholic ethos of the school
- an ability to analyse data and use this to inform and drive learning and teaching
- positive, respectful relationships with students, colleagues and parents
- flexibility and collaboration when leading innovative and dynamic teams
The successful applicant will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic Education, be familiar and comply with the school's Child-Safe Policy and Code of Conduct.
Special Requirements
- full registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching
- accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic School
