Role Description/Criteria

Suitable applicants should address the following criteria as part of the application:

  • evidence of Instructional Leadership which demonstrates an ability to build expert teacher practice
  • evidence of relevant and recent leadership experience
  • evidence of experience engaging in school improvement practices
  • support for the Catholic ethos of the school
  • an ability to analyse data and use this to inform and drive learning and teaching
  • positive, respectful relationships with students, colleagues and parents
  • flexibility and collaboration when leading innovative and dynamic teams

The successful applicant will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic Education, be familiar and comply with the school's Child-Safe Policy and Code of Conduct. 

Special Requirements

  • full registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching
  • accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic School
