12-month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Leave Cover)
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly and professional team as an Administration Officer – Curriculum Support on a 12-month fixed-term basis (maternity leave cover).

About You
- Proven experience in administration, ideally within an education or similar busy office environment.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, work autonomously and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and confidence using databases, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other digital platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new systems (e.g., Synergetic, VASS, Webflow).
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and collaborative approach to engaging with students, parents, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- A relevant qualification in Business Administration, School Administration, Education Support or equivalent experience in an educational setting.
- An understanding of and respect for the Catholic ethos of the College.

Ideal experience
- Experience in VET and VM administration (highly regarded).
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Synergetic, COMPASS and Google Suite.
- Exemplary organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Previous experience in a busy secondary school environment (advantageous).
- The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Availability to work full-time, on-site, from 8:00am – 4:06pm.
- A lively and practical understanding of, and respect for, the Catholic ethos of the College.
- A current (or ability to obtain) Employee Working with Children Check and National Police Check prior to commencement.
