The successful applicant will:

- Have a current VIT Registration.
- Team players who thrive in a collaborative environment and are open to feedback and growth.
- Participate in the implementation of the MACS Flourishing Learners Vision For Instruction.
- Have opportunities for external Professional Development
Key Selection Criteria:
- Knowledge of inclusive education practices and experience supporting students with additional learning needs.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families and external professionals.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, particularly in managing case files, referrals and documentation.
- Familiarity with NCCD processes and adjustments framework.
- Confidence in using assessment tools and interpreting data to support learning outcomes.
- Commitment to Catholic education and to upholding the dignity and diversity of all learners.
The successful applicant will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic Education, be familiar and comply with the school's Child-Safe Policy and Code of Conduct.

Special Requirements
- Full registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching
- A willingness to obtain accreditation to teach in a Catholic School
