Role Description/Criteria

St Bede’s is seeking a Visual Arts teacher for Term 4 of the 2025 school year. This is a fixed-term, part-time position for three days a week (0.6) (there is flexibility on the days).

The successful applicant will work collaboratively with classroom teachers to integrate the Inquiry units of work into their Visual Arts lessons.

All applicants must hold a current VIT registration.

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

  • a capacity to implement engaging, empowering learning in Visual Arts that compliments the Inquiry units of work
  • an understanding of contemporary educational practice.
  • a willingness to work collaboratively with others.
  • strong communication skills.
  • a commitment to the catholic faith/teachings
