  • Bosco Campus Leader (Years 9–12)
  • Mannix Campus Leader (Years 7–8)

About the Roles – Campus Leaders
The Campus Leaders are key leadership positions responsible for:

  • Overseeing the faith, learning, and wellbeing of students
  • Leading and mentoring staff to foster a positive and professional culture
  • Building strong partnerships with parents and the wider College community
  • Driving student achievement, pathways, and wellbeing initiatives
  • Animating the Catholic identity and Salesian charism in everyday practice

What We are Looking For

The successful applicants will demonstrate:

  • A commitment to Catholic education, Salesian charism, and child safety
  • Proven expertise in teaching, learning and curriculum innovation
  • Strong leadership capacity and the ability to inspire staff and students
  • Deep commitment to student wellbeing and pastoral care
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Relevant qualifications in Education (with postgraduate study in leadership desirable for Campus Leaders)
  • Current VIT registration
