Role Description/Criteria
The successful applicant will demonstrate the following criteria:
- be committed to the Catholic Identity and mission of our school,
- have knowledge and experience in teaching Sacramental programs,
- engage in ongoing professional learning and contribute to a positive school culture,
- demonstrate strong knowledge of contemporary teaching, learning, and the Victorian Curriculum 2.0,
- build caring, respectful relationships with students, staff, and families,
- deliver engaging, structured programs in Literacy and Numeracy,
- differentiate learning to meet diverse student needs and use assessment to inform teaching,
- embrace innovation, collaboration, and the effective use of digital technologies,
- support the MACS Vision for Instruction and the Explicit Teaching Model,
- inspire students to be confident learners and active contributors in their community, and
- join a welcoming and supportive school community where every child is known, valued, and supported to thrive.

Special Requirements
- Current VIT Registration.
- Commitment to Child Safety: applicants must be familiar with and comply with the school’s Child Safe Policy, Code of Conduct, and all related child safety policies and procedures.
Accreditation to Teach Religious Education and/or a willingness to gain accreditation.
