Role Description/Criteria

St Peter's East Bentleigh School is committed to the safety, wellbeing and protection of all the children in our care. We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced applicants with a commitment to the ethos of Catholic education for the following position:

Enrolments and Administration Officer (38 hours per week, 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday)  commencing 27th of January 2026 or one week earlier by negotiation.

We are seeking enthusiastic applicants who are able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, support the vision of St Peter's Primary School and our Catholic values. Applicants must display professional behaviours when engaging in child-connected work, have an ongoing interest in children and be willing to participate in a range of school related activities. 

The Enrolments and Administration Officer will work under the direction of the Principal. They will liase with and work closely with the Office Manager and Finance Administrator to ensure that together they ensure the smooth and effective running of the School Office.

  • Ability to collaboratively plan and work in a team, and demonstrated capacity to manage change and respond to the dynamic needs of the school environment
  • Demonstrated skill in organisation, planning and coordination, including the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple demands effectively and efficiently
  • Demonstrated knowledge and competency in the use of technology, including Microsoft Office applications, Design software such as Canva or InDesign and database systems
  • High attention to detail
  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information
  • A commitment to ongoing professional learning and development

Commencement date 27th of January 2026 or one week earlier by negotiation.
