Role Description/Criteria
St Clement of Rome Catholic Primary School is seeking an experienced and highly organised Administration Officer to join our dynamic school community. The successful applicant will manage the front office of our school. This is a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the school, providing essential administrative support to the Principal and staff while maintaining a welcoming and professional front office environment.
This job is advertised as a contract position, however an ongoing position can be negotiated by the successful applicant.
About the Role
The Administration Officer is the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, playing a crucial role in communication and school operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing reception duties, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Providing administrative support, including student records management and processing purchase orders.
- Assisting with financial tasks such as receipting and banking.
- Supporting enrolment processes and promotional activities.
- Upholding Child Safe Standards and ensuring compliance with policies
- Be competent with Emergency Management processes
- Administering first aid and maintaining office supplies.

Position Details
- Full-time role: Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM – 4:20 PM
- Experience with platforms such as Canva, nForma, Synergetic and/or eSIS would be beneficial.
