St Mary’s College invites applications for the position of Learning Diversity Leader, commencing January 2027. This is a three-year leadership appointment.

The Learning Diversity Leader provides leadership and coordination of programs and support for students with diverse learning needs, including students requiring academic support and extension. The role leads the Learning Diversity Team, oversees NCCD and PSG processes, and works collaboratively with College leaders, staff, families and external professionals to support student access, participation and engagement in learning.
