Role Description/Criteria
The Learning and Teaching Leader:

- upholds the sacred dignity of every person, ensuring students and staff are known, valued and safe
- engages in ongoing formation, prayer and reflection that deepens their own leadership
- provides classroom instructional leadership
- cultivates engagement, belonging and growth of others
- leads change and continuous improvement
- promotes and actively attends to child safety standards
As a teacher:
- leads learning in the classroom
- cultivates engagement, belonging and wellbeing of students
- strives to develop professional practice and growth of self and others
- adheres to child safety, school and system requirments.
