Role Description/Criteria

St Mary's Primary School is seeking a passionate educator to join our education team as a Learning Diversity Leader starting at the beginning of 2027.

The role will be part-time 0.6 (3 day equivalent) or 0.8 (4 day equivalent) by negotiation. The Position of Leadership 2 position will be for an initial 2 year tenure.

The successful applicant will:

  • have a passion for working with students with additional needs.
  • be skilled in leading and coordinating initiatives to support diverse learning needs within the school community.
  • be able to collaborate with teachers, parents, and external specialists to create inclusive learning environments.
  • have experience with the NCCD funding model, relevant legislation and the associated documentation requirements.
  • have demonstrated leadership capabilities and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
