St Luke’s School, Lalor celebrating its own important milestone in the bicentenary year of Catholic education in Australia.11 June 2021

St Luke’s School, Lalor, is celebrating its own important milestone in the bicentenary year of Catholic education in Australia.

The school celebrated 60 years since its opening with a whole-school Mass to give thanks to all who have contributed to the life and success of the school.

The school also took this opportunity to thank principal Franca Fedele who retires at the end of Term 2, 2021.

Mrs Fedele has passionately contributed 15 years as principal and 25 years at St Luke’s School throughout its history.

Since 1961 and for more than a quarter of the 200 years of Catholic education in Australia, St Luke’s has been an active member of its parish community and contributed to the education of thousands of students.
