Ben Coleman, Sustainability Coordinator at St Monica’s College, Epping, is a finalist in the ResourceSmart Schools Awards for Teacher of the Year – Secondary, recognised for his student-led environmental initiatives. With a background in zoology and a deep respect for nature, Ben empowers students to create meaningful sustainability projects, including native bee habitats that have supported the return of blue-banded bees to the school grounds
