Disability Funding
NCCD Nationally Consistent Collection of Data/SWD Students With Disabilities. The NCCD is an annual data collection that counts the number of students with disability and the level of reasonable educational adjustments they are provided. The definition of disability used for this purpose is very broad and includes students that “learn differently.”

Gifted Education
Education learning consultants support regional staff in identifying gifted students, assessing their needs and make appropriate program recommendations.

Health Conditions
There are a range of health conditions that students may present with. Schools will request that the parent or carer provides documented health information by a relevant health professional.

New Arrivals Program
The CECV New Arrivals Program is regionally based to allow Learning Consultants (New Arrivals) to provide consultancy and advice to schools to assist teachers in meeting the needs of newly arrived students.
