Principals are invited to register for a workshop being facilitated by the High Conflict Institute. The workshop will focus on equipping participants with the skills to navigate high conflict situations and interactions in the workplace. These include: responding to heightened emotion and de-escalating charge situations; setting expectation and limits; managing our own emotions; managing negative advocates; avoiding team splitting; and creating respectful team meetings.
