St Kevin's College

St Kevin’s College is a leading Catholic School in the Edmund Rice tradition.  We cater for boys from ELC to Year 12 with a current enrolment of 2100 students.  The College is a member of the Associated Public Schools of Victoria (APS). 

The Role

We are seeking Assistant Examination Supervisor’s to join our Heyington Campus in June 2024 to assist with VCE exam supervision.

Applicants for the role would need to avaiability for supervision for the following  dates:

  • GAT Exams - June 18, 2024
  • VCE Exams - October 29, 2024 through to November 20, 2024  

About You

Prior examination supervision experience would be highly regarded however not essential with any successful candidates being required to meet the following VCAA conditions. That you are not;

  1. Related to, or associated with, any student required to sit the GAT or any student undertaking a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2024 at the school where I am employed.
  2. Teaching any student required to sit the GAT or teaching any student in a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2024.
  3. Tutoring a student required to sit the GAT or tutoring a student in a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2024 at the school where I am employed.
  4. Related to or associated with any person engaged in teaching, tutoring or coaching any students required to sit the GAT, or any students undertaking a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2024, or any school personnel engaged in organising or checking VCE external assessment* materials at the school where I am employed.
  5. Employed by the school as a teacher (excluding CRT) or member of the administration staff.
