Role Description/Criteria

Applications are invited from experienced, innovative, dedicated educators, with sound knowledge and commitment to providing 'deeper' learning experiences, through current 'best practices' to all our students.

The successful applicant will be fully committed to working closely within their professional learning team, have a working knowledge of iPads, Science of Reading, contemporary Mathematics teachings, and sound understanding of a differentiated curriculum.  The successful applicant must have effective open communication skills, and the ability to demonstrate excellence in planning, documentation, and reporting. This is a 5 week contract position from 16 July - 16 August 2024

The successful applicant will require:

  • the ability to promote the importance of Education in Faith in our Catholic community
  • accreditation to teach RE in a Catholic school
  • a current VIT registration
  • a commitment to child safety and knowledge of the Child Safety Standards
  • knowledge of the Victorian Curriculum and Inquiry-Based Learning
  • the ability to work in partnership in the areas of planning and the implementation of learning based on students' needs and interests.
