Role Description/Criteria

St Columba’s College Ltd is a Catholic secondary girls’ school located in Essendon under the stewardship of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and conducted in the tradition of the Sisters of Charity.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced applicants for a part time (0.4FTE) ongoing Risk and Compliance Manager.

As the Risk and Compliance Manager you will have a pivotal role in ensuring that the College’s Risk and Compliance Frameworks are appropriately developed, implemented, maintained and reviewed to support the health, wellbeing and safety of all community members and to ensure that the College meets all its statutory and regulatory obligations. You will be active in promoting and building a positive risk culture at the workplace, where staff at every level appropriately manage risk as an integral part of their day-to-day work.
