Role Description/Criteria
Holy Cross Catholic Primary School is an innovative, vibrant and dynamic Catholic school, in the fast growing area of Mickleham. The safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all learners is fundamental to Holy Cross.
We are seeking an experienced, energised and highly motivated Education Support Officer / Co-educator to join our team. Hours and days are negotiable.
The successful applicant will be involved in the development of a culture of dynamic learning and positive student wellbeing and will need to demonstrate the flexibility, enthusiasm and commitment to work in a foundation primary school.
Key Selection Criteria:
The successful applicant will:
- demonstrate a commitment to the ethos of Catholic Education
- have relevant qualifications in education support within a primary school setting
- be caring, collaborative and enthusiastic
- be able to build and maintain professional and appropriate nurturing relationships with students, parents and colleagues
- be able to maintain confidentiality
- have a current Working with Children check and National Police check
- be flexible in carrying out a variety of tasks
- demonstrate initiative
