Today is the feast day of Australia’s first saint, St Mary of the Cross MacKillop. Her work in establishing schools for all has left a lasting legacy and provided a call to action in responding to the needs we see in our community. Students from St Mary of the Cross MacKillop Catholic Parish Primary School (Epping North), St Mary MacKillop Primary School (Keilor Downs), St Mary of the Cross (Point Cook) and MacKillop Catholic Regional College (Werribee) reflect on the enduring message of St Mary of the Cross MacKillop.
