Role Description/Criteria

St Bernard’s College is seeking a Cook for the Outdoor Education Camp.  The Santa Monica campus is located at Eastern View 15 mins drive from Lorne on the Great Ocean Road.

The College site is used primary for the year 9 outdoor education program, year 7 camp and other programs during the year. The site will accommodate between 28 – 74 students depending on the program that is operating. The camp does not operate during school holidays.

This role is full time Monday to Friday to accommodate lunch and dinner on most days and breakfast on Friday. There is the option to consider accommodation if it is required. Role will commence as soon as possible.

Requirements for the role:

• Reviewing any dietary adjustments

• Menu Planning

• Ordering Food

• Meal Preparation

• Kitchen/equipment cleaning

• Other duties as required by the principal or delegate
