Role Description/Criteria

  • have a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for teaching Performing Arts
  • display an engaging teaching style with the ability to embrace pedagogy that supports differentiation and explicit teaching and learning practices.
  • have experience directing or assisting with school performances.
  • be able to promote and run the school choir, in an engaging and fun way.
  • be committed to enthusiastic collaborative contribution to organise and support special school events both within the school and in the wider community. 
  • promote and enhance our positive school culture by being organised and committed to constructive communication in a team focused environment. 
  • display a dedication to ongoing personal and professional learning.
  • have a strong knowledge and commitment to the child safety standards and student wellbeing.

  • VIT Registration 
  • Include contact details and mobile number of your current/most recent Mentor teacher and/or Principal.
