Role Description/Criteria
The successful applicant will:
- be committed to the ethos of a Catholic school
- have an strong understanding or knowledge of Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL)
- be able to support teachers in embedding MACS 2030 strategy in particular the MACS Vision of Engagement
- be able to support staff in delivering purposeful learning experiences that are differentiated to accommodate a range of abilities and learning
- possess excellent communication, interpersonal skills and dispositions
- effectively use wellbeing data to track the students needs
- be accredited to teacher Religious Education
- hold current VIT registration
- have a Masters degree or be studying to complete a Masters degree in either Wellbeing, Educational Leadership or Learning Diversity
- have a commitment to the MACS Code of Conduct

Applicants are required to:
- Victorian Institute of Teaching – Full Registration CECV Accreditation to Teach in a Catholic School
- Criminal Record Check
- Valid Working with Children Card
- 5 years teaching experience
- post graduate qualifications (or a commitment to engage in postgraduate qualifications).
